We are going to observe how plantas soak up nutrients through water and how the stem is responsible to do this. We are going to need: - Pots (1, 2 or 3) - Food coloring (with blue colour the results are amazing!). - Celery . Fill the pots with water and food coloring (you can use different colours to see the difference). Then, put a celery in each pot or jar and and set them aside for two days.
